Darci Lynn Farmer is an American singer and ventriloquist who is largely known as an “America’s Got Talent” champion. In fact, she is so talented that she has been credited with bringing the art of ventriloquism back into the public spotlight.
Lynn headlined her own national tour, “Darci Lynne and Friends Live”, from 2017 to 2019.
In 2018 she hosted an NBC TV special, “Darci Lynne: My Hometown Christmas”.
She has appeared on a number of talk shows throughout the years, such as “The Ellen DeGeneres Show” (2017) and “The Kelly Clarkson Show” (2020).
Family Life
Her nuclear family consists of her parents, Misty and Clarke Farmer and her brothers Nate, Dalton and Nick.
Achievements
As a small child she participated in the International Cinderella Scholarship Program and in the process won the title of International Mini Miss.
She won the 12th season of the ultra-popular talent competition “America’s Got Talent”, which was aired in 2017, which would have made her about 13 years old at the time.
Prior to that she had won a number of talent competitions, such as “Edmond’s Got Talent” and the youth edition of “Oklahoma’s Got Talent”.
Trivia
Lynn got her first puppet, as a birthday gift from her parents, at the age of 10.
