About Witney Carson
Before Witney Carson became prominent as a professional Latin ballroom dancer, she had contested in the dance competition reality television series, “So You Think You Can Dance” in 2012. Then aged 18, Carson finished as a second runner-up after being eliminated in the seventh week. She returned to television in March 2013 as a troupe dancer on the sixteenth season of “Dancing with the Stars” and by the eighteenth season, she had become a professional dancer on the show.
Personal Life
She was raised in the state of Utah. In January 2016, she got married to Carson McAllister. She and her husband released the news of her pregnancy in July 2020.
Achievements
In November 2014, she and her professional partner, Alfonso Ribeiro were declared winners of season 19 of “Dancing with the Stars”. Their choreography on the show earned them a ‘Primetime Emmy Award’ nomination for “Outstanding Choreography” in 2015.
