Her father Pedro Corbero is a carpenter, while her mother Esther Delgado is a shopkeeper. She grew up with a sister known as Monica. She dated Israel Rodriguez from 2008 to 2010, dated tennis player Feliciano Lopez for five months in 2011, and was in a relationship with model Andres Velencoso from 2013 to 2016. She began dating actor Chino Darin in 2016 and began living with him in 2019.

Ursula took home the Untamable Award at the 2014 Sitges Film Festival.
