Tyrone Power was a celebrated American actor whose most memorable film roles include 1941's Blood and Sand, 1949's Prince of Foxes and 1950's The Black Rose. He received a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame in 1960. He died suddenly of a heart attack. He was 44.
Personal Life
Prior to his 1958 marriage to actress Deborah Ann Minardos, he was married and divorced twice. His marriage to Deborah Ann produced a child and ended the same year it began because of his sudden death. He had three other children from his first two marriages, including an adopted one.
Trivia
He never got to see his only son Tyrone Power, Jr. since he died shortly before the child was born.
He was a heavy smoker, who smoked at least 3 packets of cigarettes on a daily basis.
After his death, it was revealed that his heart attack was caused by his heavy smoking coupled with a hereditary heart condition.
