About Tom Horn
Tom Horn gained notoriety after he was accused of killing a 14-year-old boy named Willie Nickell, a son of a local sheep rancher. It was believed that Nickell’s family had a misunderstanding with fellow cattle rancher and neighbor, Jim Miller who hired Horn to execute the murder. Before his execution in 1903, he worked as a scout, range detective, and cowboy.
