The Kid Laroi is an Australian rapper who established a name for himself in that regard from a very young age, particularly in 2018 after a strong showing in the Triple J Unearthed competition. His best known tracks include 2020’s “Addison Rae” and “Diva”.
He was personally mentored by the late Juice WRLD and even supported the Chicago-based rapper when he toured the Land Down Under in 2018 and 2019.
Achievements
Laroi came out with his first EP, “14 With a Dream”, at the tender age of 14.
In 2019 he signed a contract with Columbia Records.
As of mid-2020 he has over half-a-million followers on Instagram, and his YouTube channel has over 150,000 subscribers.
His early 2020 tracks “Diva” with Lil Tecca and “Fade Away” alongside Lil Tjay both broke into the top 10 on New Zealand’s Hot 40 Singles.
