About Sunil Gavaskar
Sunil Gavaskar is an ex-cricket player from India. He is recognized among the greatest players to ever play the game. Again, in the history of Test cricket, he is ranked among the top opening batsmen. Gavaskar was a record holder of 34 Test centuries. He became the first cricket player to score Ten Thousand (10,000) Test runs in a career. In 1971, he made his Test debut. Three years later, he made his first One Day International appearance for India against England.
