About Stephen Lang
American actor and playwright Stephen Lang began his career on screen in 1985. He has become known for roles such as Colonel Miles Quaritch in the sci-fi film “Avatar”, Norman Nordstrom in “Don’t Breathe” and General Thomas Jackson in “Gods and Generals”.
Family Life
He was born to Eugene Lang, an entrepreneur, and Theresa Volmar as their youngest child. American lawyer and arts education promoter Jane Lang is his elder sister. His other sibling’s name is David.
He married Kristina Watson in 1980. He has four children.
Honors
His awards include the ‘Grace Award for Acting’ in 2003; a ‘Saturn Award’ for “Best Supporting Actor” in 2009 for his part in “Avatar”; and a ‘Fangoria Chainsaw Award’ in 2016 for “Best Supporting Actor” for his role in “Don’t Breathe”.
Trivia
He lent his voice to Elias Walker in the “Call of Duty: Ghosts” video game.
