Sasha Pieterse is a South African born American actress who gained international recognition at the age of 12 when she portrayed Alison DiLaurentis on the ABC Family series Pretty Little Liars. She went on earn further recognition playing the characters Amy Loubalu in the film Geek Charming and Fawcett Brooks in the 2013 teen comedy film G.B.F. Aside acting, she is also a singer-songwriter who released her debut single This Country is Bad Ass in 2013.

She is the daughter of Sean and Zizi Pieterse. She began a relationship with Hudson Sheaffer in 2014 and became engaged to him in 2015.
