The iconic queen of Spanish cinema is best known for her roles in Spanish filmmaker Almodóvor films such as “La ley del desoto,” and “La flor de mi secreto.” A Jack of all trades, de Palma started a perfume line in the French perfume house Etat libre d'Orange.

Film Career
She made her big debut in Almodóvor’s black comedy film “Women on the Verge of a Nervous Breakdown.” She had a streak of success in more of the director’s films such as “Tie Me Up! Tie Me Down” (1989), “Kika” (1993) and “Broken Promises” (2009)
