About Richard Marcinko
One of the fiercest soldiers in the history of the United States Richard Marcinko also known as the "Shark Man of the Delta." He was known as a U.S Navy Seal Commander, war veteran, and author.
He joined the US Navy in 1958 and rose through the ranks and eventually became a captain. He is most renowned for founding and leading several of the military's most elite counter-terrorist task forces including RED CELL and SEAL Team 6.
He won over 30 citations and medals including Bronze Stars, Silver Star, and Legion of Merit due to his devotion, talents, and enthusiasm to other sectors of his works.
As an author, “The Real Team”, “Designation Gold”, and “Leadership Secrets of the Rogue Warrior” are some of his renowned works.
Death
His death was caused by a heart attack he suffered. The war veteran passed away at his home in Virginia.
