About Rain Phoenix
Rain Phoenix discovered her singing talent when she was three years old. In 1987, she and her elder brother, the late River Phoenix, formed a band known as Aleka’s Attic with Josh Greenbaum.
In the 1990s, she recorded with the bands Red Hot Chili Peppers and R.E.M. as a backup vocalist. She also performed as a member of the now-defunct band The Causey Way.
She has also had acting gigs and has appeared in the films “Hitch” and “Harry and Max”.
Family Life
She was born to social activist Arlyn Sharon and John Lee Bottom. She is also the sister of entertainers Liberty, Joaquin and Summer Phoenix.
Trivia
Phoenix has been involved in social initiatives such as The Lunchbox Fund, LaunchLeft and Gift Horse Project.
