Raaj Kumar was among the greatest actors ever to have graced Indian cinema. Born Kulbhushan Pandit, he went by the screen name Raaj Kumar to follow in the footsteps of early Hindi film legends.
The legendary actor had a lengthy and distinguished career that spanned over four decades and was regarded as one of the most important personalities of India's 'Golden Era of Cinema’.
He made his screen debut in the film "Rangili." He was a multi-talented actor who could play a variety of roles with equal energy and effectiveness. He was best known for his notable part in several successful films and television series such as "Hindustan Ki Kasam", "God And Gun", "Mere Huzoor", and "Nausherwan-E-Adil".
