Quavious Keyate Marshall, professionally known as Quavo is a famous rapper, record producer, singer, and songwriter. He is a prominent member of the Hip-Hop trio, Migos, which comprises of himself, and fellow rappers Offset and TakeOff.
Family Life
He lost his father at age 4 but was raised by his mother Edna Marshall. He is also the cousin of Offset and an uncle to Takeoff.
Achievements
Migos’ hit single “Versace”, paved the way for his first lead single, “Champions” which ranked at number 71 on the “US Billboard Hot 100”.
Quavo has successively collaborated with several artists on hits including, “I’m the One”, “Strip That Down”, “Portland” and “Congratulations”.
He performed the song, “Future” together with Madonna at the Eurovision Contest 2019’s grand finale.
Trivia
He, together with his entourage were arrested at a concert at Georgia Southern University in 2015 for possessing drugs and firearms.
Formerly a quarterback in the football team, he dropped out of Berkmar High School before he could graduate.
