About Prince Andrew of Greece and Denmark
Due to his patrilineal lineage, Prince Andrew served as the prince of Greece and Denmark from 1882 to 1944. In 1912, he joined the army and was stationed at the 3rd Cavalry Regiment. Ten years later, he was arrested and was found guilty of "acting on his own initiative" and "disobeying an order". As a result, he and his family were banished from Greece.
In 1930, he released a book titled “Towards Disaster: The Greek Army in Asia Minor in 1921”.
