Career
Pharrell Williams got started as a record producer with his childhood friend Chad Hugo. They formed the record production duo The Neptunes. As part of the Neptunes, Pharell has recorded instruments and sometimes has rapped on records. They have produced hits for solo artists such as Snoop Dogg, Britney Spears, and Robin Thicke. Williams has also released songs with the band N*E*R*D. He also has a solo album called In My Mind. Among other things, Williams has also been featured on the Daft Punk song “Get Lucky.”
