About Peter Stormare
Peter Stormare is a Swedish actor, musician, playwright and theatre director internationally renowned for portraying popular characters such as mob boss John Abruzzi in the hit television series Prison Break and criminal Gaear Grimsrud from the 1996 comedy crime thriller film Fargo. As a musician, he released his debut solo album entitled Dallerpölsa och småfåglar in 2002.
Personal Life
He was married to actress Karen Sillas from 1989 to 2006. The marriage was childless. In 2008, he got married to his second wife Toshimi, with whom he had a daughter named Kaiya in 2009.
Trivia
He recorded his debut album after Bono of U2 fame persuaded him to do so.
He is a staunch Christian, who once claimed to have had contact with God.
