Peter Cullen is a Canadian voice actor and actor famed for voicing the character Optimus Prime from the Transformers film and television series. Away from his work on the Transformers, he is known for his work on numerous films and television series, including the 1987 science fiction action horror film Predatorand the 1987 animated film G.I. Joe: The Movie.
Personal Life
He is the son of Muriel and Henry Cullen. He grew up with three siblings, including brother, Larry Cullen. He is the father of multiple children, including professional stuntman Clay Cullen who is known for his work on films such as 2008's Iron Man and 2012's The Avengers.
Trivia
For his decades of voicing the character Optimus Prime, he was honored with an induction into the Transformers Hall of Fame.
