About Patrick Chan
Patrick Lewis Wai–Kuan Chan, famously known as Patrick Chan is a figure skater of Canadian descent. He has won the Canadian national championship ten times. He has also won The Four Continents Figure Skating Championships three times and the Grand Prix of Figure Skating Final twice.
At the age of five, he was enrolled in skating classes. He has been recognized for his exceptional skating style. Also, he has made a huge impact in the game.

He is the child of Lewis Chan and Karen. He married Elizabeth Putnam in 2020. He has a son.
Awards
He won the Lou Marsh Trophy in 2011. The same year, he won Sportsnet's Canadian Athlete of the Year. Also, he won the 2018 team event’s Olympic gold medal. Additionally, he has won the World Figure Skating Championships for three consecutive times.
Records and achievements
In the 2011-2012 season, under the ISU judging system, he was the youngest non-European male skater to receive a Grand Slam.
In 2012, he achieved a double Grand Slam and became the first non-European to reach that height.
He is a former men’s combined total score world record holder.
He is also a former men's short program world record holder.
