Niccolò Paganini was an Italian violinist and composer who became the most acknowledged amongst his contemporaries at the time. He also played the viola and guitar.

Paganini was a famed womaniser but he had a son, Achille Ciro Alessandro, from his only serious relationship with Antonia Bianchi, a singer he performed with at concerts within Italy.
