About Nancy Walters
As a child, Nancy Walters’ plan was to become one of the famous lawyer's secretaries in the United States. However, she started recording some successes as a model in the early 1950s. During the peak of her career, she was featured in many publications such as Harper's Bazaar, Vogue, and Glamour.
Film and television career
After enjoying some amount of fame, the American entertainer turned her attention to television. She started appearing on a number of game shows including “Strike It Rich” and “The Big Payoff”
She signed a contract with Metro-Goldwyn-Mayer in 1960 and made her film appearance in “Bells Are Ringing” which was released later that year. She went on to star in many movies including “Monster on the Campus” and “Blue Hawaii”.
Personal Life
Her parents were simply referred to as John and Delphia. In 1962, she married a U.S. Navy officer called Lt. Paul Warren Payne.
Trivia
Growing up, she suffered from bone infection which affected her development.
