He also worked for other teams in different capacities including Baltimore Ravens (Defensive line coach and defensive assistant), Jacksonville Jaguars (Defensive coordinator), and Tampa Bay Buccaneers (Defensive coordinator).
Before starting his profession as a coach, he had a brief spell with Canada’s Winnipeg Blue Bombers as a player.
