Michelle Collins rose to prominence through her acting roles on television. The English actress debuted on-screen in 1984 as Ria in an episode of the television series, “Scene”. In 1988, she landed what would make her a household name in the UK: her role as Cindy Beale in the British soap opera, “EastEnders”. She portrayed the character from 1988 to 1990 and then from 1992 to 1998.
She is also known for her role, from 2011 to 2014, as Stella Price in “Coronation Street”, another long-running British soap opera.
Family Life
She was raised alongside her sister, Vicki by their Welsh mother, Mary. Her father was of English and Flemish ancestry. She was in a long-term relationship with Fabrizio Tassalini, which ended in 1998. They had a daughter named Maia Rose in 1996
