Family and Education
Wilton was raised in San Francisco. Growing up, he listened to songs of prominent singers and music groups such as The Rolling Stone, Jimi Hendrix and Bob Dylan.
He had his schooling at Interlake High School and the Cornish Institute of Allied Arts.
Career Highlight
He formed the Queensryche music group with Scott Rockenfield in 1980. The group was formerly known as Cross+Fire but the name was changed years later.
He collaborated with Pamela Moore to release the album “Stories from a Blue Room” in 2006.
Trivia
He is mostly referred to as “The Whip” due to the way he strums his guitar.
