Matt Cardle had his breakthrough in 2010 after winning the talent reality show dubbed “The X Factor”. That same year, the English songwriter and singer released his maiden song entitled "When We Collide", which peaked at the summit of the UK Singles Chart.
In 2011, he dropped his first studio album under the name “Letters”. By the end of 2018, he had recorded a total of four albums with some titled “The Fire” and “Time to Be Alive”.
