About Marco Reus
Marco Reus is a German professional football player in Germany’s professional association football league Bundesliga. In the three football clubs that he was a member of – Rot Weiss Ahlen, Borussia Mönchengladbach, and Borussia Dortmund – he was notable for his versatility to man different positions, primarily as a left attacker, and for his speed. His tenure with the German national team started in 2011 and he was initially a member of his country’s World Cup-winning squad in the 2014 FIFA World Cup before he was forced to withdraw due to injury.
Accolades
Reus is a one-time Footballer of the Year in Germany (2012), one-time UEFA Team of uhe Year selectee (2013), and is a member of the 2013 – 2014 UEFA Champions League Team of the Season.
