Lorraine Warren was a prominent American author and paranormal investigator. She and her husband, Edward Warren Miney, formed a great team and recorded some amount of successes in their works. Their investigations were mostly about places that were believed to be haunted by ghosts and other spirits. Some of their popular investigations include “Snedeker house”, and “Enfield poltergeist”.

She lost her husband, Edward, in 2006.
Trivia
Somewhere in the early parts of the 1950s, she and her husband founded the New England Society for Psychic Research, which was the first ghost hunting society to be formed in New England.
She also founded The Warrens' Occult Museum.
Most of their investigations were translated into films. Movies such as “The Conjuring”, “Annabelle”, and “The Nun” were based on some of their findings.
