About Lewis Capaldi
Lewis Capaldi is a well-known Scottish songwriter and singer. He rose to fame in 2017 when he released his first single, “Bruises”. Since then, he’s recorded a number of hit songs including “Fade”, “Rush”, and “Someone You Loved”.
Months after dropping his first song, Lewis released his maiden EP in 2017 which he titled “Bloom”.
In 2019, he announced his third EP, “Bruises”. After receiving massive airplay, the Scot released his first studio album, “Divinely Uninspired to a Hellish Extent” in 2019.
Achievements
In 2018, he won the Best Breakthrough Artist at the 2017 Scottish Music Awards. The BBC awarded him the ‘Sound of 2018’.
He also won the Best British Singer and Best Single awards at the BBC Teens Awards in 2019.
