Laura Devon’s acting career began in 1961 when she caught the attention of Bob Goldstein, who was then working for American movie studio, 20th Century Fox. After that, she had the opportunity to appear in lots of films such as “Route 66”, “The Twilight Zone” and “Goodbye Charlie”.
Aside from acting, she was also a renowned singer with lots of hit songs such as "I Like the Look" and "Dreamsville".
Family
At birth, she was named Mary Briley, and was born to Velma Prather and Merrill Devon. Between 1962 and 1966, she was married to movie actor, Brian Kelly. A year after her divorce, she tied the knot with musician, Maurice Jarre. She was the mother of the late actor, Kevin Jarre.
Death
She was diagnosed with heart failure which later caused his death.
