Lala Anthony is an American television personality, author and actress who first gained recognition presenting MTV's Total Request Live (TRL) in 2002. As an actress, her notable film credits include 2001’s Two Can Play That Game and 2012's Think Like a Man and its 2014 sequel. In 2014, her first book The Love Playbook was published. The book was so successful that it reached the number 1 spot on both the New York Times Best Seller and the Barnes & Noble Best Seller lists.
Personal Life
She and professional basketball player Carmelo Anthony got engaged in 2004. They had a son named Kiyan before getting married in 2010.
Trivia
While still in high school, she began presenting her own radio show Future Flavas with rapper Ludacris.
