About Kenny Baker
Kenny Baker began his acting career in 1951 after he was added to a theatrical troupe that mainly consisted of people with dwarfism. However, his breakthrough came in 1977 when he was hired to perform the role of R2-D2 in the movie entitled “Star Wars”. The English actor has been used in other movie productions which include “Labyrinth”, “Amadeus” and “The Elephant Man”.
Family
He was raised by his parents – Harold and Ethel Baker. He was married to Eileen Baker from 1970 until she died in 1993. He was survived by two children.
