During the late 2000s, Jordan Shipley was regarded as one of America’s most talented wide receivers of his generation. His breathtaking performances at college caught the attention of many National Football League sides including the Cincinnati Bengals who eventually signed him in the 2010 drafts.
He also featured for the Jacksonville Jaguars, and the Tampa Bay Buccaneers before announcing his retirement in 2014.

In 2018, after the departure of Emmanuel Acho, Shipley joined the Longhorn Network. During his time with the media organization, he appeared on shows like “Texas GameDay”. He has also hosted Outdoor Channel’s “The Bucks of Tecomate” show.

He’s the brother of NFL player Jaxon Shipley. He married Sunny Helms, a songwriter, in 2011.
