About Jordan Rhodes
Born to a soccer father, Jordan Rhodes started his career at the youth side of English club Ipswich Town. He was promoted to the senior side in 2007 and made his professional debut later that year. After loan spells with a number of teams, he joined Huddersfield Town in 2004.
His breakthrough came in 2012 when he was signed by Blackburn Rovers. He has gone on to play for many teams like Middlesbrough, Sheffield Wednesday, and Norwich City.
International career
In 2011, Rhodes was selected into the Scottish U21 side. That same year, he received his first senior team call-up. By the end of 2017, he had made 14 appearances for the team, scoring three goals.
Family
He’s the son of Scottish goalkeeper Andy Rhodes.
Education
He’s a product of Kesgrave High School.
Trivia
Rhodes became the most expensive Blackburn Rovers player when he was signed for a fee worth £8 million.
