Jon Stewart is an American comedian and former television host known for hosting the famous satirical news program The Daily Show from 1999 to 2015 and hosting his own show The Jon Stewart Show. He co-authored the best-selling humor book America (The Book): A Citizen's Guide to Democracy Inaction.

Family Life

He was born to Marian and Donald Leibowitz. He married Tracey Lynn McShane in 2000 after dating her for four years. The marriage produced two children.

Achievements

He won several Primetime Emmy Awards with the Daily Show. In 2005, he won the Grammy Award for Best Comedy Album. He was added to TIME magazine's list of the 100 most influential people of 2005. AskMen named him the Most Influential Man of 2010.
