West Virginia-born music icon John Corbett loved music since he was young. Therefore, it is not surprising that he has become a great country music singer. He started playing the guitar as a child. He also started acting.

He married Bo Derek in 2020 after meeting her eighteen years prior – they met on a blind date.
Career
As a teenager, he got a job at Capitol Music Hall as a security guard. He trained to occupy the position of L.A. County Deputy Sheriff but he couldn’t make it. He tried to learn to do hair but while he was there he started learning to act. He was studying to be a hairdresser during the day but at night, he studied to act. He started commercials and first acted for “Samsung”. He started getting better at it and just kept going on.
In 1988, he got his first chance to act when he was cast in “The Wonder Years”, an ABC series. He featured in “United States of Tara” as Max Gregson.
He also released a self-titled album in 2006. In 2013, he released “Leaving Nothin”.
