About Jeff Tedford
Coach and talented former quarterback in the National Football League for five seasons, Jeff Tedford, is a well-known name in American football. He is a very gifted athlete who has garnered a lot of attention for his on-field accomplishments.
During his high school years, Jeff Tedford began playing football, and continued all through his college years at Cerritos College achieving outstanding feats. After that, he was chosen by the Hamilton Tiger-Cats in 1983, for which established a professional career for the Cerrito College graduate.
In the following years, he played for several teams, including the Calgary Stampeders, Saskatchewan Roughriders, and Winnipeg Blue Bombers. His outstanding performances improved the fate of the teams he played for.
After his career as an active player in 1988, he transitioned into coaching, having worked with several illustrious teams, including the Washington Redskins, Tampa Bay Buccaneers, Calgary Stampeders, and BC Lions.
Honors
As a coach, Tedford was named Mountain West Coach of the Year for 2017.
