About Jeff Teague
Jeff Teague forwent his last two years of college basketball to enter the 2009 NBA Draft, during which he was selected in the first round by the Atlanta Hawks.
The Wake Forest University’s Demon Deacons team’s point guard made his NBA debut with the Hawks in 2009 and joined the Indiana Pacers in 2016 as part of a trade deal.
He also played for the Minnesota Timberwolves from 2017 to 2020 and had stints with the Hawks and Boston Celtics before joining the Milwaukee Bucks in April 2021.
Family Life
He was born to Carol and Shawn Teague. He is the elder brother of Marquis Teague, who has also played in the NBA.
Achievements
He was an NBA All-Star in 2015. Six years later, he became an NBA champion when the Milwaukee Bucks won the championship.
Trivia
His father and that of NBA star Kyrie Irving, Drederick played together on Boston University’s basketball team.
