Jay Mohr is an American actor, radio host and comedian famed for playing Gary Brooks on CBS's television sitcom Gary Unmarried and Professor Rick Payne from the supernatural drama television series Ghost Whisperer. His famous film credits include 1996's Jerry Maguire, 2000's Cherry Falls and 2015's Road Hard. He is also known for his work on the famous NBC sketch comedy show Saturday Night Live.
Personal Life
His first marriage was to Nicole Chamberlain, with whom he fathered a son named Jackson. In 2006, he got married to his second wife actress Nikki Cox. He and Nikki welcomed a son named Meredith in 2011.
Trivia
He has a tattoo of his cousin Will, who died tragically after being hit by a drunk driver.
In 2008, he legally added the surname of his second wife Nikki Cox to his name. According to him, he did that as a present to his wife.
