Jake is from a rich family with his father being a race car driver and his mother a socialite. At a young age of eight however, his mother who had been suffering from schizophrenia and depression passed away from drug overdose. His father also peddled drugs and got his sons into the business. In 2006, he also passed away due to substance abuse related complications.
Marriage
As an adult, he got together with Diana Oreiro and in 1995, they became husband and wife. The marriage however lasted for about seven years before falling apart. He went on to make Elizabeth Carey his wife but that did not work either. In 2017, he married Korri Culbertson.
Career
In 1989, he was given a role in the movie “Born on the Fourth of July”. He later featured in a lead role of the show “American Gothic” which was released in 1995. In the series, he played the role of Dr. Matt Crower. In 2001, he was part of the cast of “The Mind of the Married Man”. As of early 2022, he had been in about sixty television programs.
