About Hunter Tylo
Hunter Tylo is an award-winning American actress famed for playing the Taylor Hayes role in the soap opera titled “The Bold and the Beautiful”. She started her career in 1984 when she was cast as Alison in the movie entitled “The Initiation”. She has also received lots of applause for her performance in the television series “All My Children” where she was known as Robin McCall.
Legal battles
She won a $4.8 million lawsuit against film producer Aaron Spelling who was then working on the series “Melrose Place”. Tylo was originally scheduled to appear in the production, but was fired by the producer after she disclosed that she was pregnant. She however took it to court and sued for discrimination.
Family
Her original name is Deborah Jo Hunter, and was raised by her parents Morris Jabez and Jo Anne Hunter. She grew up with two brothers, Jay and Cliff. The former died in 2018.
In 1980, she married a gentleman called Tom Morehart. Before their marriage ended four years later, they had a child called Christopher. In 1987, she started her much-publicized relationship with actor Michael Tylo. Together they raised two kids named Katya Ariel Tylo and Izabella Gabrielle.
She has also been married to Gersson Archila.
