Heston Blumenthal is a British chef known for his experimental cooking and for being the owner of the restaurant The Fat Duck, which became internationally known for getting three Michelin stars in 2004, thereby becoming one of the only four restaurants in Britain as of that time to achieve that feat. In 2006, the restaurant was placed at the number one position on the list of theWorld's 50 Best Restaurants.
