Ginuwine is an American singer-songwriter, actor and dancer whose first studio album titledGinuwine...the Bachelor came out in 1996. The album featured the hit single Pony. He went on to establish himself as one of America's top R&B artist with his follow-up albums 100% Ginuwine, The Life and The Senior. As an actor, he has appeared in a number of films over the years, including 2014's Chocolate City.
Personal Life
In 2003, he and rapper Solé (Tonya M. Johnston) tied the knot. The marriage produced two daughters and ended in 2015. In addition to his children with Solé, he has fathered several children out of wedlock.
Trivia
Less than a year after his father committed suicide in 1999, his mother lost her battle with cancer. According to him, after the tragic deaths of his parents, he became so depressed that he tried to commit suicide on multiple occasions.
