Her father Robert Maxwell was a politician and a wealthy businessman. She’s also the daughter of famous researcher Elisabeth Maxwell. Her other siblings include Ian Maxwell, Christine Maxwell, and Kevin Maxwell.
In 2016, she became the wife of Scott Borgerson. Prior to that, she was romantically linked with notorious criminal Jeffrey Epstein.

She studied at Headington School, Oxford High School for Girls, and Marlborough College before enrolling at Balliol College in Oxford.
