Gheorghe Hagi is a retired professional Romanian soccer player and coach best known for his amazing technical abilities and leadership. In the 1980s and 90s, he was regarded as one of the best players in the sport. He made his professional debut with FC Farul Constanța before going on to feature for some highly-rated soccer clubs like Real Madrid, Barcelona, and Galatasaray. He played and captained the Romanian national football team.
