George Peppard was an American actor remembered for his portrayal of Paul Varjak on the 1961 romantic comedy film Breakfast at Tiffany's, Col. John "Hannibal" Smith on the hit action-adventure TV series The A-Team and Thomas Banacek on NBC's detective series Banacek. He was honored with a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame in 1985.
