About George Benson
George Benson is a renowned American jazz/soul guitarist and singer-songwriter who first gained recognition in the 1960s playing with jazz organist Jack McDuff. He went on to gain further recognition with the release of his 1976 album Breezin', which produced the hit singles This Masquerade and the title track Breezin'. The album was so successful it reached the number 1 spot on the Billboard album chart and turned him into a household name all over the world.

He married Johnnie Lee in 1965. He and Johnnie have seven children together.
Achievements
From 1977 to 2007, he won a total of 10 Grammy Awards. He has a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame.
