About Gary Levox
Gary Levox is one of the founding members of the Rascal Flatts rock band alongside Joe Don Rooney and Jay DeMarcus. As the lead vocalist, the American singer has contributed to a number of the group’s albums. Some of the band’s projects that he worked on are “Feels Like Today” and “The Greatest Gift of All”.
Solo career
After leaving the group in 2020, Levox continued performing as an independent artist. He issued an EP entitled “One on One” the following year.
Family
The singer has been married to Tara Vernon with whom he fathers two children named Brooklyn Leigh and Brittany Kay.
Education
He studied at Olentangy High School before graduating from Ohio State University.
Accolades
With the Rascal Flatts rock band, he has received a number of laurels including the CMA Horizon Award, Billboard Live Music Award and the People's Choice Award. In 2010, a star was placed on the Music City Walk of Fame to pay tribute to the group’s contribution to music.
Trivia
At the age of 14 years, he started working in a burger bar which was owned by actor Jamie Foxx.
He has also performed in a music group led by Chely Wright.
