Frank Lucas was an American former drug dealer. He actually was a heroin dealer and he became famous during the 70's, because he cut out middlemen in his drug trade in Harlem. He was sentenced to 70 years in prison in 1976 (he was released after 5 years) and again in 1984 (he was released after 7 years, in 1991).
