About Fiona Joy Hawkins
Fiona is a vocalist and pianist, who is known to have started off her musical career from a tender age. She was coached at the Tamworth Conservatorium of Music under the supervision of Ursula Bakker.
She is known for her debut album titled "Portrait of a Waterfall", an album which became successful that it ranked at the number one spot on the ‘New Age Reporter World Chart’ in 2005.
Her works have been greatly influenced by the likes of Mendelssohn and George Winton. She has recorded musical works such as; "Sensual Journeys" (2012), "600 Years in a Moment" (2013), and more.
Family Life
Her dad worked as a soccer player. She is a mother of two children.
Accolades
She earned the "Best Song - New Age" and the "Best Album - New Age" awards at the 2016 ‘Independent Music Award’ for her work in "Signature Synchronicity".
Her work in "Angel Above My Piano" earned her the "Best Piano Album" at the 2006 NAR Lifestyle Music Awards.
She is the first Australian to win a ZMR award.
