Emily Blunt is an English actress famed for playing the characters Emily Charlton in the 2006 film The Devil Wears Prada and Queen Victoria in the 2009 film The Young Victoria. She is also famous for her performances in commercially successful films such as My Summer of Love, Gideon's Daughter, The Adjustment Bureau and Edge of Tomorrow.
Family Life
She is the daughter of former actress and teacher Joanna and barrister Oliver Simon Peter Blunt. She married American actor John Krasinski in 2010. She and John welcomed their first child, daughter Hazel in 2014.
Trivia
As a child, she struggled immensely with stuttering. According to her, she was able to overcome stuttering through acting.
Her performance in the 2006 television film Gideon's Daughter earned her a Golden Globe Award.
